Wonderful
the room was very comfortable, tidy, clean and silent
the only thing i did not like is that i did not has answer when i asked about the possibility to leave the lugage and pick it up later. i had to carry with my luggage the whole day

Wonderful
I liked everything and met expectations. The location, in my opinion, is convenient. The apartment is on the 5th floor of a multi-storey building. A clean and quiet area, a large shopping centre and a grocery supermarket are nearby. Immediately the stop of the tram going to the centre. You can walk from the station in 40 minutes, by tram - in 10 minutes. Breakfast was renewed daily - rolls, jam, Nutella, and cookies. You can prepare coffee and tea in the shared kitchen. Paolo was friendly and explained everything in detail. Showed the route from the residence to the centre on the map.
I liked everything. It is necessary to understand that this is not a hotel, but a type of B&B accommodation. Therefore, you will hear the neighbours. We were lucky with neighbours and it was not noisy. The bathroom had a balcony, it's convenient, but be aware of mosquitoes and provide yourself with room repellants.

We had a great stay at Paolo's!
The apartment is near public transport that can take you anywhere in Florence and the surrounds. There is also a supermarket, walking distance from the property. Paolo will sort you out with breakfast and snacks, daily!
The apartment is shared with two other rooms so the comfort of your stay is to a certain extent dependent on who you have as roommates.

the host is just so welcoming and the rooms are just so comfortable they look and smell like hotel rooms. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!
